An absolutely honest & professional business. I had the pleasure of calling and speaking with an individual from Elementary last evening about mould concerns. I thought for sure I'd get the voicemail, but lo and behold a real person answered and was extremely knowledgeable and attentive to my questions. Eric was great to deal with when he did our home inspection back in 2018 and helped us feel comfortable in our decision to purchase the house we live in now. The house is great and everything in Erics report turned out to be accurate and we have had no surprises. I had purchased my first home and when I moved in , the odour of cigarette smoke was everywhere! being Asthmatic, some friends and I began washing walls and everywhere else but the smell persisted; I couldn't move in, and was distraught. I had researched ozone treatments and was somewhat sceptical, but Eric of Elementary Inspections got rid of all the odor completely. I can tell you it works. Eric was prompt, professional and charged a very fair price-I would recommend him to everyone, especially if you have any bad smell you need to get rid of. Thanks Eric!!!
